Welcome to The Village
A personal welcome from Dr. Peter Watts
Find Your People. Find Your Path. Build Your Legacy.
The Village Network is a caring professional community where educators connect with people, tribes, resources, opportunities, and pathways that support where they are—and where they're going.
Welcome to The Village
Find Your People. Find Your Path. Build Your Legacy.
The Village Network is a national community connecting aspiring and practicing educators to relationships, opportunities, resources, professional growth, and pathways to leadership and economic mobility.
You weren't meant to do this work alone.
Teaching and education are deeply relational professions, yet too many educators navigate credentialing, employment, advancement, wellness, financial challenges, leadership, and life transitions alone.
The Village Network brings educators together around shared identities, experiences, aspirations, geography, interests, and purpose—helping people find both the community and resources they need for the next stage of their journey.
